My Security Camera Has A Red Tint

My security camera has a red tint.

Got ahold of support center to explain the problem and marie gave me a rma number. Slowly raise the camera off the bench until i heard the click back to normal operation red tint fixed. Returned the defective camera last week and the new camera is being shipped this week. Anyone have their cameras turn pink in daytime vision happened at night.

With the camera sitting on the face lens power up the camera and waited for the camera to activate click live feed to get the night vision working. Hi jim look under the thread purple picture feed i had an issue with one of my cameras having a purple hue. Then in the day the good part at night is pink. Sure enough the next morning when the sun came up the red tint was back.

Blink gave me a few different things to try when none of them worked i opened a ticket. The good part in the day is blocked out at night until lights come on. Reboot the camera by opening and closing the battery compartment door. One of my cameras has had a red tint for some time.

Allow the camera to sync back up to the base station and try again. Tried a different approach opened the battery lid and power down the camera. A filter or shutter or something is stuck. If you still experience the same behavior please contact the arlo support team to further investigate this issue.
